Health and Safety Training
Health and safety training is vitally important in today’s workplace. According to the Health and Safety Executive, over 200 people are killed each year in accidents at work , over one million people are injured and over two million suffer illnesses caused by, or made worse by, their work.
Health and safety training is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety at Work (NI) Order 1978 which requires employers to provide whatever information, instruction and training as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of their employees.
At ARAMARK Environmental Services, our safety consultants are dedicated to delivering effective training to raise awareness among employees of occupational hazards, determining the risks they may present and ensuring everyone is competent to fulfill their roles in controlling that risk.
